Situation & Opportunity

Since its founding in 2004, our client, The Vines of Mendoza, experienced great success in selling private vineyards in Argentina’s Uco Valley. It soon realized the need for luxury accommodations and dining to accommodate its private vineyard owners and other visitors. With support from brandadvisors, Siete Fuegos opened as the signature restaurant of The Vines Resort & Spa, a Leading Hotels of the World property, in late 2013.

Siete Fuegos or “Seven Fires” is the mesmerizing arena where internationally acclaimed Argentine chef Francis Mallmann showcases his honed collection of seven open-flame cooking techniques. Born from the traditions of Argentine gauchos and refined through 12,000 years of history, Chef Mallmann selected The Vines Resort & Spa to showcase all seven of these time-tested techniques in a single venue for the very first time.
